When you click deliver now you can attach your documents to the message and deliver them. That completes your end of the order and the clock stops.

So the msg field below the deliver now is not the where you give the documents right ?



Its meant just for messages right ?

If you just write a message and attach documents (without using the “Deliver Now” button) your order won’t be considered delivered. You need to click the Deliver Now button that will pop up a box where you can write a message and attach your files.

I sometimes type my response in the message by mistake. Then I just go back and copy and paste it into the Deliver Now box when I press that. Best to start there. Then attach your file. Once you hit deliver, I always make sure my message and file link are showing. Then I press the file link to make sure it looks ok. This way, you can catch any mistakes right away and resend it. If a customer selects a revision, or Order Modification, it starts the clock again from where it left off; so watch out for those. Also, I made a little text file for a stock delivery message. I just copy and paste that with the delivery. Mine says,



"Finished. I think you will like it. Please feel free to submit an order modification if need be. Otherwise, please mark the order as complete ASAP, and leave a review.



Also, if you wouldn’t mind telling me a little bit about how you found me, that would be great. Thank you."



This works for every order. Hope this helps. Good luck!
