I liked the old handling of messages better! The new one is annoying

I’ve had messages in my inbox unread for days because of the new update. Clients were repeatedly messaging me because I was not replying. I could not see their messages on the Inbox page without clicking the appropriate button because now, it’s been categorized. Why did you have to categorize it? I liked it better before the update when everything was displayed on the main inbox. Like how an email works. I didn’t have to go back and forth in the pages to find where the messages are.

I agree with you, I don’t like it either I have missed many opportunity’s to make a sale because I was unaware that someone had messaged me.
