I lost my money because the account of a seller was suspended

I was in the middle of an order for $80 and the person who I was ordering from had their account suspended and was being investigated. I haven’t received my money back even though I wasn’t satisfied with the work that had been done so far. I think I didn’t get my money back because it said the order was already completed, but the seller was updating it. In addition, I was charged $114.10 instead of the $84 with the Fiver processing fee included. How can I get my money back???
