I’m confused with buyer request

I got an order to research on stock market tickers for 750 companies. My client just ordered without sending a message and went offline immediately. I’m confused because the stock ticker includes some components that change, I don’t know the exact components he want me to enter and I have less than 24 hours to deliver. Any advice pls.
