Unfortunately there is no precise guide. And that’s why being a freelancer is a tough job, there is no guide, no instructions, job description or certain tasks to getting orders.

You can find your way only by trying and experimenting. If you still didn’t get orders then something in your gig is pushing clients away. Start adjusting until you find a formula for clients to be interested.
