I need advice about my customer has canceled the finished order(i already do it and he already pay and rated me) what should i do

Two day ago i send my work to customer then he pay and rated it today he cancel my order and i didnt get any money now what should i do


Did you contact fiverr support with all proof of delivered work?

I am now having active order with him i think i will wait him for answer

He cancel after this work started

I’m going to ask the same question as @mariashtelle1, did you already contact CS and let them know what happened with the proof of your delivery files?
