I need Help From Fiver Worker to Sort My Problem Out

HI, About a month or more, ago i have ordered many gigs to this person
(Mentioned below), and she/he has implemented may codes on my site. But out of them for one code i asked him/her to do some settings and didn’t. Now worker is Idle and not replying. i hired another worker and he’s unable to solve that issue. please i need help. Ask that worker to tell me how to edit that code which he/she has implemented. Details for the worker are below.

This somehow sounds as if s/he would not want to work with you specifically.
Did anything happen during the last job(s) that may have irritated them?
We Sellers like to be treated like humans, not machines (not saying you did, tho).
You should contact Fiverr Support for all problems like this. Maybe they can sort it out why this seller is so set on NOT helping you.
