I need help with ID confirmation!

Hi, I am trying to confirm my ID but it’s no use :’( I read the posts related to this issue, yet I didn’t find a solution for mine yet, I’m not using VPN nor gave fake info. Yet when I try to confirm at first everything goes well until I take a pic of my ID then when I click to send it nothing happens! is there any solution for this? thanks in advance ;-;

I sent my ID thrice, but they kept saying the quality is bad! Is there a way to get my account back in less than 90days? I mean I didn’t do anything wrong I just wanna confirm my account!

Hmm… so it was the ID, and not the regular photo? You made sure it was an approved ID, right?

Thank you so much, but sadly now I can’t send any extra ID or even try to confirm it, I basically can’t do anything now and waiting for months is just too much :")

you can reach out to support team and they will give you another chance to upload your id. make sure this time you have a good quality photo with no reflections

Obviously she did, because her account and gigs are active.

Yes I did! just contact them, they will send you an email and give you another chance, make sure to send clear pics. They were very helpful actually, as long as you do not give any fake info, your acc will get confirmed don’t worry
