I need partner transaction id please help me payment is stucked

Hi! I am facing problem with my payoneer transaction. I have made a transaction and it is stucked $ has gone from fiverr but didn’t reached payoneer for 30 days. I have contact payoneer they asked for transaction id will fiverr give you contact them and when i contacted them once they said we can’t provide due to privacy issues and 2 times they said me to contact with payoneer to solve isse but when i go to payoneer they again demand me for transaction id. I am very disappointed from fiverr customer care. Do you guys can help in this case what should i do it was my first transaction. Please help if you can. Thanks
