What is the best free responsive wordpress theme ?how to set up a area that only girls can get into with a comment area ? how can I set up a rating area on a page but only users can do it ?

This doesn’t look like information you can get on the forum. You seem to need help from a WordPress specialist and you can do that by searching for WordPress on the main page and hiring someone who offers Q&A consultations. Directions on the use of WordPress wouldn’t really belong here on the forum.

Just a side note - I’m not a WP expert at all, but I can’t imagine how you could get any site to recognize whether the user is male or female. You would just have to have a checkbox or something, like sites that ask if you are over 21 before you enter - it relies on the honesty of the user.
