I never ask my client to provide mail and whatsapp number

hi i am in problem because , as far i know fiverr not allow personal info. without telling anything he provide his mail and whatsapp number .

is it banned my account ? please suggest me what i do now . i am afraid

Hey,

don’t worry. Your client might be new and don’t know the Fiverr rules. If something happens, just message the Customer Support and tell what happened. They’ll investigate and find the truth. Something similar happened to me, but the CS removed the warning.
