I paid for a Gig on the Fiverr App and its not in my Order History, and seller never received any order

I ordered a Gig on the Fiverr App and paid via PayPal. It deducted the funds from my account which I have proof of. I think the App timed out. Never received any email notification of the order. I contacted the seller and she also received no order. Rather strange. PLEASE HELP!!!
