Please, I bought this item from a seller.

But I didn’t receive nothing, even no notification that I bought from him.

Also, the seller told me he didn’t get my order to fulfill it, he didn’t receive the payment.

Does it not show in buying->orders? Does it show in your PayPal account or other payment provider’s account history? If it shows as a transaction in your payment provider but not in your buying->orders page you should contact CS.

Maybe you need to fill in the requirements before she/he can starts working on your order.

Or you wrote some non-allowed words with your answers, like your contact info… in this case fiverr system may block the order till a human agent can review your answers.
