I think I’m having a bug with conversations in Fiverr. I keep getting notifications from a conversation for new messages, however I don’t see any messages when I open the conversation, and I think the same thing is happening to my customer. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a fix?
This happened to me recently but sorted itself out. Hopefully it’ll do the same for you.
If it’s causing a headache though, you could always contact customer support and ask them to look into it for you.
