I recieve an order payment for fiverri and my web designer said he doesn't have Bitcoin after i paid

what can i do, how can i get my bitcoin back. my web designer said he doesn’t accept bitcoin after i have made a payment with bitcoin.

When you place an order, you can pay using bitcoins. But you don’t pay the seller; you pay Fiverr. Then, when the order is completed and the clearance period passes, Fiverr pays the seller through Paypal or Fiverr Revenue Card. So, your seller doesn’t need to accept bitcoins or even know how you made your payment.
