I responded well and fast but my response rate dropped to 55%, WHY?

I have been up and doing, replying messages as soon as I get them, yet fiverr dropped my response rate to 55%, that is not fair, can someone please advice me on how to get them to look into it and correct it. My response time is 1hr which means I respond on time and fast

The response rate goes down when the system thinks you’ve responded to a lower percentage of first messages in the last 60 days.
