I purchased some gigs from a level 2 seller. The gig went past the deadline with no communication and then the seller “delivered” the gig (not really) and just asked me to click “request modification” because they needed “a few more hours” to complete the gigs. so I’m easy to get along with, so I did it. That was three days ago and I haven’t heard anything at all and the seller is not responding to my communication. Am I out the money now?
You can cancel the gig and you’ll get your money back as Fiverr credit.
If cancelling for some reason doesn’t work, I suggest submitting a ticket to Customer Support.

The only other thing I can think of is submitting a ticket to Customer Support. You might have to wait a while for them to respond because they receive tons of tickets every day, but they will help you.
I think customer support of fiverr will help you.Because it is a responsive market place.
Definitely get customer support involved. Most likely they won’t leave you hanging like the seller did.

That’s terrible! I’d do what the rest are saying; contact customer service with proof of your communication and you should be refunded in no time.
I’d never do that to my customers!
