I uploaded my gig video and it is still under review even after 24 hours

If it hasn’t been reviewed in 24 hours, then you will have to wait longer than 24 hours. Customer Support is likely to be very busy. They will review your video when they get around to it. Wait another day, maybe two. In the meantime, perhaps you can work on other aspects of your gig that need improvement.

That can happen sometimes. In my experience, if I delete it and re-upload it tends to be available much faster (faster than if it had to start the process from the beginning). It seems to get stuck for some reason. Your mileage may vary and I don’t know what’s going on in the back office, but if it’s not approved for much longer than 24 hours I would definitely try it.
