I think Fiverr has not yet enabled the automated option of linking to your existing Payoneer card. you will need submit a new card application via your Fiverr account. Once this is reviewed by Payoneer account approvals department, they will send you an e-mail with a link that you can use to merge your pending application with your existing Payoneer card.



Please follow the instructions in the e-mail, and if you require further assistance feel free to contact Payoneer support department.
