No you can’t do those things. And why would you want to? Unless you want the client to work with you outside of fiverr, which is not allowed.
I suggest reading Fiverr’s Terms of Service before you get banned for violating the rules.
Sharing personal contact information is strictly forbidden.

we can’t do that bro…also that is not legal. 
we can’t share our social media details…even in messages…also you can’t do your work outside in Fiverr platform…also i suggest to read TOS
