Today I am very happy 
Because today I was able to remove the blocked Payonar account by fiverr Customer Support and the a new Payoneer account has been able to connect with fiverr and i was able to successfully transfer fund to Payoneer. fiverr customer support is awesome. I am really very very satisfied with their support.
