I was charged for an order that didnt go through. PLEASE HELP

I was trying to make an order on fiverr and the order did not go through for whatever reason, I thought it was weird, so i decided to try it later. I went to check my bank account later, and it said i was charged for that fiverr order. At first I was excited because I thought that meant I got my order, so when i went to check fiverr, it said i had no on-going orders.

So i basically got robbed, i cant submit a support ticket because i need an order number, which i dont have. What do i do?

Are you sure there isn’t a general section where you can explain what happened.
