I was close to delivery of my order and Buyer Cancelled without Notice

So recently i received a big order and i was completing it. Slowly slowly days passed and i made progress. Buyer was very happy but when he saw that i was really close to completing and delivering of my order he cancelled the order and now i cant message him that why he did so?
My response rate, delivery time or completion rate none of them has been affected. Will i get my money for hardwork i did on my order?
I have submitted a request on Fiverr CS but not hoping to receive a reply before a month. I did not get an email that this was a chargeback like it did before.
All help and answers will really be appreciated.
