ID down for a long time period

It’s been 8 months my id is down. I do graphics design and do caricature.
Before my id down I did not receive any bad reviews or any order cancelation occurs.
Why it’s happening?
I am a Level 2 seller, and it’s started after received my level

As I’m new but I think you should start from the scratch. Just keep marketing your Fiverr profile as a newbie on social media at least 15 days. Also you can do impressive Fiverr courses with a low cost. hope your profile ranking very soon. thanks
