ID Verification Failed Again

I have been trying to verify my ID for 3 days now to no success. I know the photos are clear, I have even contacted support. They re activated the ID verification just for it to fail again. I only have one ID no passport and I think its not working because the Driver’s Licenses in my state were recently changed and I have the newest one. So now I have to wait another 2 days for fiverr support to reply again so I can try again and probably fail again.

Hi there, sorry for the drawbacks. Actually, I also ride the same boat with you. It’s been 3 weeks now and the verification has been continuously rejecting my real documents. Though the support has genuinely motivated me to try my luck several times, all my attempts get a hit on the wall. The problem, however, is when I request another attempt through the support, I’m given one chance. But on the whole, I’m still bound with this.
