Id verification, how long will it take?

I have been trying to verify my account for the past few days. I am on my third try and have been talking to customer support since after my 1st attempt. Each time my attempt failed I would get an email saying it didn’t work. I did my third attempt three days ago and haven’t gotten any reply about whether or not it’s worked. Should I just be patient and wait or contact customer support again? Or is there nothing I can do and my account will be restricted forever?
