ID Verification not working ? Alternatives or maybe a Phone number to call someone at Fiverr?

Fiverr ID verification not working ? I have clicked on the notice, then scanned the QR code, at that time Fiverr starts audio and video recording everything, downloading all data from cell phone but Fiverr will not allow me to take the picture of my ID as requested. Has anyone else experienced this ? How do I contact a Human at Fiverr ? I need to resolve this issue ASAP prior to the time line ? Any help out there would be appreciated greatly.
