ID Verification - Uruguay

Hi everybody how are you? I recently received a notification from fiverr to verify my identity. When I enter the link that comes to me by SMS, it only shows me the option to verify with passport.
I know that the verification options are according to the country where I am (Uruguay) but I do not have a passport to verify, i do have my government ID and driver’s license. Can anybody help me?

Anyway, I already opened a ticket to see the support response, but I don’t want this to be a problem since I recently received my first sale on fiverr and I would like to withdraw the money of course.
