Ideas for 2018 (OT moved from a different conversation)

Dear fiverr, this is nearly my 7 years on this platform.

I hope the year of 2018 will be the Year of DO It Right. I see that fiverr is doing too much ruined what should be left unchanged.

My 2018 resolution on this platform:

1. Be fair to your Sellers. Protect them or PayPal chargeback.
2. Add more ‘useful’ feature to the platform especially in Order page & Conversation.
3. Get rid of fiverr PRO or move it into another domain, or let your TRS upgrade to PRO with all their reputations.
4. Fix your ranking algorithm and provide a guide how to rank it well.(like Level system)
