Maybe they didn’t forget, they just didn’t feel like leaving one. Get paid and move on.

Fiverr reminds them to leave a review. Twice. So, if they don’t leave a review, it’s unlikely that they forgot to do it. Maybe they’re too busy, or simply don’t want to, for whatever reason.
