With using VPN? No, I don’t do it. I don’t see the reason to do it.

What I do know is that the official answer to your question can only come from Customer Support. People on the forum can tell you about their experience, but if you use VPN and get into trouble, “somebody on the forum told me it’s ok to do it” isn’t going to help you.
