My wife gave birth to our third child and my orders just kept increasing while I was in and out of the hospital and taking care of the two other boys. one of them was over 85 powerpoint slides (big project) I had made arrangements to ask my clients to cancel since I didn’t think I would be able to deliver on time but all said to take my time and refused to cancel. What I didn’t know was that when my status says Late Delivery it actually affects my rating with the Fiverr team so they removed my Level 2 and Level 1 all at once. I contacted support 2x but never got an answer. Any one know when I can get my status back? Thanks in advance for your help!
I see that you’ve still got a 100% overall rating. I’d say you should maintain this rating so customer support will reconsider you after some time.

I feel bad for you. They should be more sensitive and flexible for legit reasons like that. Oh well, hope you get your levels back!
