If I request the Fiverr Revenue Card, will I be able to send money to other Payoneer accounts?

Hey guys, I’m thinking about requesting the Fiverr Revenue Card, and I was wondering, if I request to withdraw my money using that method, once the money is in Payoneer, is that money to be strictly used with the card or can you send payments to other Payoneer accounts?
And when selecting the Bank Transfer withdraw method, will the money be sent to my bank account as soon as I click Withdraw from Fiverr or will I also be allowed to send that money to other Payoneer accounts?
