I'm being stalked by a difficult user. No way to report to 5er

Not physically stalked, but a difficult client I meant to block is ordering a gig I know he doesn’t want.

I was offering writing gigs on spiritual topics, but this client made me rethink that, so I took them down. Now he’s ordering gigs on camping, with no instructions. Because he doesn’t want a gig on camping.

He is refusing to cancel the gig, and yet is not giving me any instructions.

And no way to contact 5er support.
