I'm confused

Hello everyone. I’m new on fiverr and a little anxious. I have created three gigs with video and they are actively. The problem is that when I found them there was no video. I went back to the editing page and the video is there with the message above: Processing your video (may take up to 24 hours). The 24 hours have passed so what’s the problem? What am I doing wrong?
