I am new today, it says my Gig is “active” but it doesn’t appear on the listings. How long does it take to appear?

If it’s not pending, the chances are it’s approved already, I think. Even when it shows up in the listings, don’t expect it will be high ranked. Sometimes even the slightest changes in keywords change the ranking. For example one of my gigs on the first page for “medical articles” and on the 5th or so for “medical article”. Or vice versa, but you get the point I’m trying to cross.

Optimize it, look around for topics about gig optimization- it’s very important.
