Couple of reasons. First check you description for proper English. On first book cover gig, at then end you ask them to MASSAGE you. You mean message.

Also there are not samples of your work. People want to see what you can do.

When buyer see that the gig description is not detail enough then instead of messaging you to ask questions, they will switch towards another gig.

They will look for another gig by a different seller which has a good description.

However, your work sample counts, since you seem to offer eBook Covers.

You can see my Photoshop gig as an example by what I mean to say work samples (i.e. your previous works).

Upload a gig video. this will increase the number of impressions on your gig and hence buyers will be interested to contact you.
