I'm not receiving orders anymore

Last month for example, I would get messaged by buyers at least once a week but after I finished delivering the last order I received, I noticed that no buyers are messaging me anymore. I received my last order about 3 weeks ago. I’ve also noticed that I suddenly can no longer use the “Available Now” option because the “High completion and satisfaction scores” is not check-marked even though I’ve only received 5 star ratings. Please tell me what I can do and perhaps suggest some things I could change to my gigs to make them more attractive to the customer.
