We have a short story.
This guy [Fragglesrock] bought a gig from us (http://fiverr.com/sunnyteam/drive-200-to-300-usa-and-europe-real-visitors-daily-for-one-month).
We done our work how as promissed and he gave a negative feedback for another our gig, cause he in first time gave a positive feedback on traffic.
He ordered at 7 november and on 23 november he wrote to us that we scammers. He said that he “CALLED” in google and asked about our work. We all understand, but why he didn’t write to us on next day or on another day if he have problem with our work?! One conclusion: he decided to get a large number of visitors, and then get a refund!!!
We start to discuss with him , but we understood that this guy is SCAMMER. Support resolved the problem(gave a refund), but after this he contact the support to change positive feedback to negative. We was surprised. Again we contacted support to ask FTW? They said: "Contact the buyer"
Ok. Than we asked him about proofs, to make sure that he is right.
He gave us the proofs.
We was shocked. How? How this guy can give us this sh…
We gave 2 normal pictures him to see what we need.
We waited 24 hours. Silence. May be he learn how to work in photoshop or what?!
Ok. We asked again and he wrote that proofs will be soon.
After another 24 hours silence.
We contact the support and they remove negative feedback, but after 6-8 hours he again put us negative feedback.
Only one question! HOW?
Ok. Again we contact the support and wait results.
What we want say about this! Fiverr, PLEASE DO IT SOMETING WITH SELLERS AND BUYER PROTECT.
But how you guys resolve problem like this?
