Improper use of fiverr

I tried to many times to find out how i am voilating the fiverr rules. But may be i am not able to correct answer. I am hardworker and i want to work with the fiverr for a long time. As this is a very good medium for me at this stage of life. Please anybody help me to get rid of this situation. I received second time a notice from fiverr.
