Improve my gig - How to make my order process smoother?

Hey guys,

I offer Youtube channel optimization and Facebook ads. For both, I need access to their account and some information before I can start the work.
That’s why I set up requirements with a spreadsheet of how they give me access and what kind of information I need. I have the feeling everyone can understand it.
But I still have quite a few candidates that just don’t know what I mean, submit the wrong info, or just don’t answer my request.
This all takes time and the ticker starts ticking once they’ve submitted everything even though the details are wrong.
I really don’t know how to smoothen this out. Do you guys have any suggestions?
