These are my suggestions/comments:

Gig: I will write authentic medical articles
In the gig description:
“upto” should be “up to”

Also you’re offering 501 words by default in the basic package but only 500 words by default in the standard and premium packages. Maybe offer more words in the standard/premium packages.

Gig: I will do case studies and diagnosis regarding otorhinolaryngology
In the gig description:
“Iam 4th year Medical Student” should be “I am a 4th year medical student”

In the profile:
“Iam a 4th year medical student” should be “I am a 4th year medical student”
