So let me start out by explaining just how the buyer is missing. Today, sometime early afternoon I received a new order. When I opened the order, it simply had a question, like one that would be asked through the ask seller a question link. I replied by answering the question and then went on to request additional information.
Hours have gone by with no reply. So I have sent another message, just politely mentioning that I’ll need to know what I’m writing and since the gig only last for two days, a response by tomorrow would be great.
My concern is, my gig will become late if I am unable to get further information from buyer. Should I, contact support or file a resolution and should I wait until after time to deliver has passed?
