Inaccurate Completion and Satisfaction scores

For some reason, I’m now unable to use the ‘available now’ feature due to not meeting the completion and satisfaction criteria, which as far as I can see is pretty much 100% across the board on my account. I have 4 orders in my queue and no idea why this is happening.

Help?!

The available now feature is still in beta testing, so very few people have it.

The completion score etc. look like that for everyone who has achieved the criteria, but for whom it’s been switched off.
