Inadequate buyer, help

Hello!
Need help advice.
I was faced with a problem: Inadequate customer, without discussion, he made a minimum order $5.
I explained to him that the sum of the order does not meet its requirements. I offered to cancel the transaction and return him money.
He always cancel “to cancel the deal” and requires to execute his order. Counter-time in order decreases.

Perhaps you are faced with such inadequate, how cancel this order?
And it turns out it and the next time again make the order and will require its fulfillment.

Contact customer support,
Tell them the issue, they will cancel the order from there end.
To make sure it won’t happen again, try to be more clear about your pricing.

I’ve had this problem a few times. Just contact CS and in the mean time keep requesting cancellation of the order in question. If your buyer is doing this, they obviously have a screw loose and will likely try and get any work you do for free anyway.
