Incomplete information form buyer

Respected seniors, hope you are doing well. I need your help. I received an order of updating LinkedIn profile and Resume of a buyer, countdown started but he did’t provide me further information not the password of LinkedIn. He said he’ll provide info very soon. Now only 9 hours left and he isn’t coming online. What should I do? I don’t want to have a bad comment on my profile or tag of incredible seller. Thanking in anticipation.

It’s probably due to the weekend that your buyer is unresponsive.

Cancel the order and leave your client a message telling him why you had to cancel the order.
