We got an order from a buyer about WordPress development. He ordered an extra fast delivery within 24 hours but didn’t send us the login details of his website so we can’t proceed to fix his issues.
What should we do now? We messaged him 2-3 time to send us the login details so we can proceed but there’s no reply. Should we mark the order as delivered or cancel the order because we are running out of time. So late delivery will impact on our gig.
Kindly suggest a good solution which will not impact our image on fiverr.
