Incomplete Order requirements

Hello!
Sometimes it happens that buyer places order without completing the requirements.
Recently I have noticed that there are two messages on Seller’s orders page
1- I have everything I need
2- I dont have all information

An order was placed and I choose “I dont have all info”, thinking that order will not start and buyer will be asked to provide the info. But the order started. As I am sure its happening to many sellers out there, I think as order cancellation effects your profile, A seller should have right to accept or reject the order that is directly placed without having a prior discussion with the seller.

That will help sellers and make then feel secure and buyers will discuss with sellers before placing the order. Correct me if I am wrong please?
