Incomplete orders

What happens if someone orders a gig off you but they don’t provide any information (i.e. it says ‘incomplete’, wait for the buyer to provide information)?



Obviously you’d send them a message but what happens if they still don’t reply, does it get automatically cancelled or something?

Ahh OK. I was mainly worried about the countdown starting from the date/time they’ve placed the order with me. I’ll just leave it for now then.
