Incorrect Due Time On Dashboard


I’m having an issue with some orders showing the incorrect time remaining on my dashboard.

I’m not sure of all the stipulations, but I know it is happening when a buyer orders the express extra on one gig.

It’s normally a 3 day gig, but express makes it 1 day. Rather than 1 day appearing on my dashboard, I see 4 days (the numbers are added) until I go into the order. Then it appears correctly on the dashboard.

This has caused some stress and even late orders if I don’t get to it the first day, only to realize that it was a 24 hour job and not 4 days.


Don’t you look at an order promptly?
